The last day of school can be a bittersweet moment. Gone will be days filled with study hall, home work and tests; late nights and early mornings. Gone too will be the thrill of a hard won sports victory, the success of a science project, the applause at the end of a play or concert, the elation of a goal achieved, and the camaraderie of close school friends. Memories abound, and become an integral part of the fabric of young lives.
At the end of each year, we love to life up students whose hard work and determination is supported by a “yes, I can” attitude and a life of faith and service. “Distinguished Graduates” who are outstanding witnesses to the Sisters of Notre Dame Educational Vision and Principles. This year we are proud to say “thank-you” and “best wishes” to 54 graduating high school seniors and eighth graders selected by their teachers and administrators as a 2017 Distinguished Graduate!
