We are pleased to congratulate Lilliam Paetzold on her selection as the new President of Notre Dame Academy Schools in Los Angeles and welcome Sarah Cullum as the new Principal of Notre Dame Academy in Toledo, OH. Please read on for the official news from the schools …..
After a year-long, national search, the Board of Directors and succession committee are pleased to name a current member of our Notre Dame family as the new President of Notre Dame Academy Schools of Los Angeles. The succession committee unanimously recommended and both the Board and the Sisters of Notre Dame approved the appointment of Lilliam Paetzold as President effective July 1, 2017.
As the principal of Notre Dame Academy Elementary since 2010 and of both the elementary and high schools since 2013, Ms. Paetzold is uniquely able to take the helm as President of NDAS. She will draw on her considerable experience as principal of St. Lawrence of Brindisi Elementary School, curriculum specialist in the Lenox school district, and many years of teaching. While at St. Lawrence, Ms. Paetzold also worked with foundations and private donors to execute a multi-million dollar campus renovation.
With her promotion to President, the Board is working closely with Ms. Paetzold to implement a reorganization of key leaders and direct reports responsible for ensuring the high quality of academic and co-curricular programs at NDAS. Ms. Paetzold will provide updates on these efforts as this reorganization is finalized.
